Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how subscription orders, auto-renewals, billing, cancellations, and related terms work at Evident Wellness. By enrolling in a subscription on evidentwellness.co, you agree to the terms below, which are designed to be transparent, consumer-friendly, and compliant with applicable laws.


1. How Subscriptions Work

When you enroll in a subscription, you receive automatic recurring shipments of your selected products at the delivery frequency chosen at checkout (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).

Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each new billing cycle unless you cancel or modify your subscription in advance.


2. Transparent Pricing

  • Subscription pricing is clearly displayed on each product page and during checkout.
  • If a special subscription discount applies, it will be shown as the subscription price versus the standard one-time price.
  • Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout and may vary future to future based on location and carrier rates.

If any pricing changes occur, you will receive advance notice by email (see Section 8).


3. Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Evident Wellness to automatically:

  • Charge your provided payment method for each recurring renewal
  • Process payments on your preset schedule
  • Bill associated taxes and shipping fees (if applicable)

Charges will appear on your statement as Evident.

If your payment method fails, we may:

  • Retry the charge
  • Notify you to update payment details
  • Pause or cancel your subscription if not resolved

4. Delivery Frequency

You can choose your delivery schedule at checkout. Common options:

  • Every 30 days
  • Every 60 days
  • Every 90 days

You may adjust your frequency anytime via your customer portal or by contacting Customer Support.


5. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

No minimum commitment. No cancellation fees.

You can cancel by:

  1. Logging into your customer account
  2. Selecting Manage Subscription
  3. Clicking Cancel Subscription

Cancellations apply to future orders only.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded unless they qualify under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first shipment only).


6. How to Skip, Delay, or Modify Your Delivery

You may:

  • Skip an upcoming shipment
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Change product(s)
  • Update quantity
  • Update shipping or billing info

These changes must be made before the next charge date to apply to that cycle.


7. First Order vs. Renewal Orders

  • The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the first shipment of a subscription (one unit per SKU).
  • Renewal orders are not eligible for refunds under the guarantee.
  • Renewals already shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

This policy is standard across supplement and consumable wellness brands to maintain program integrity.


8. Pricing, Subscription, or Policy Updates

If we make a material change to:

  • Subscription pricing
  • Renewal schedule
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Product availability

We will notify you by email in advance.
You will have the chance to cancel before the next renewal is charged.

Continuing your subscription after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


9. Out-of-Stock or Backorder Situations

If a subscription item is temporarily unavailable:

  • We will notify you by email
  • Your charge date may be delayed
  • You will never be billed for an item until it is ready to ship

You may substitute another product or adjust your schedule anytime.


10. Fraud Protection & Third-Party Verification

To ensure fairness and security:

  • Subscription orders are monitored by third-party fraud prevention systems
  • Repeated refund or chargeback activity may result in subscription deactivation
  • Evident Wellness reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel subscriptions that violate policy or appear fraudulent

These safeguards protect both our customers and our business.


11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines depend on your selected method and carrier.
Renewal orders generally process within 1–2 business days.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate address information
  • Updating address changes before the next billing cycle

Once an order ships, address changes cannot be applied.
