I love the flavor and how easy it is to mix into water and sip throughout the day. Huge bonus: it doesn’t bother my stomach at all, even when I don’t take it first thing in the morning. this has been such a simple way to feel more energized and present by working with my body, not against it!

An easy 5/5 stars! For the last few weeks, I have been taking one stick with me to the gym to hydrate and energize me before my workouts. I have noticed a NOTABLE difference in how my muscles and brain feel afterwards! Personally, I feel like there's less soreness and overall less fatigue after pushing myself, and I actually feel like I can continue to get stuff done around the house and office after my workout, where before I was demotivated and just too exhausted to do much after exercising.

I also love the convenience and the clean ingredients. Being a gym girlie, I was expecting loose powder that I'd have to wrestle with to get into the water bottle, but nope! Single-use powder sticks I can take anywhere and no sugar or calories like I'd normally find in energy drinks or preworkout powders.

Whether it's for the gym or just needing to focus and not get worn out at home, I feel like Evident has a place in my pantry (and purse, and work bag, etc) for sure! Highly recommend!
