Nice taste with the flavor and I like the slight tang of the lime! I stirred the mix with 8oz water and was left with a few clumps, so next time I'd try shaking it. I like that it comes in individual packets and it feels like an easy addition into my daily skincare routine. An easy 5/5 stars! For the last few weeks, I have been taking one stick with me to the gym to hydrate and energize me before my workouts. I have noticed a NOTABLE difference in how my muscles and brain feel afterwards! Personally, I feel like there's less soreness and overall less fatigue after pushing myself, and I actually feel like I can continue to get stuff done around the house and office after my workout, where before I was demotivated and just too exhausted to do much after exercising.

I also love the convenience and the clean ingredients. Being a gym girlie, I was expecting loose powder that I'd have to wrestle with to get into the water bottle, but nope! Single-use powder sticks I can take anywhere and no sugar or calories like I'd normally find in energy drinks or preworkout powders.

Whether it's for the gym or just needing to focus and not get worn out at home, I feel like Evident has a place in my pantry (and purse, and work bag, etc) for sure! Highly recommend!
