Terms & Conditions (No Return Required)
At Evident, we stand behind the quality of our formulas. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. No physical return is required.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for the guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

The product must have been purchased directly from evidentwellness.co.
- Purchases from third-party retailers (including Amazon, Walmart, or resellers) are not eligible.
- You must request your refund within 30 days of the order's delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

The guarantee applies to one unit per product SKU for first-time purchases.
- Additional units or repeat orders are not refundable under this guarantee unless approved by Customer Support. Unopened products can still be returned (see section 9).
2. What Is Covered
The guarantee covers:
- Dissatisfaction with product experience
- Taste, texture, or tolerability
- Lack of perceived benefits
- Sensitivity to ingredients
The purpose of this policy is to let customers try our supplements risk-free.
3. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible under this guarantee:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- Multiple refund claims across repeated orders
- Orders flagged for suspected fraud or abuse
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages (file claims with the carrier)
- Wholesale or bulk orders
- Subscription renewals (only the first shipment of a subscription is eligible)
4. No Return Required
Evident Wellness does not require you to return the product to receive a refund.
To validate your claim and ensure safety and authenticity, we may request:
- A photo of the product and/or packaging
- The product's lot number
- Confirmation that the product will be discarded safely
If requested information is not provided, the refund may be denied.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
6. Fraud Prevention & Third-Party Verification
To maintain the integrity of the program, Evident Wellness uses third-party fraud screening and order verification systems.
We reserve the right to:
- Deny claims that appear fraudulent
- Limit refund eligibility for repeat claims
- Request verification to confirm identity and order details
These measures protect both our customers and our guarantee.
7. Subscription Orders
The guarantee applies to the first shipment of a new subscription only.
- Refunds under this guarantee are not available for renewal shipments. Unopened renewal shipments can be returned instead (see section 9).
- Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email our Customer Support team at:

- Full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for the refund request
- Any photos we request for verification
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
9. Returns of Unopened Products
In addition to the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we accept returns of unopened products through our returns partner, Loop.
- Products must be unopened and undamaged and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns are available for one-time orders and subscription renewal orders. The first order of a new subscription is not eligible for a return; it is covered by the money-back guarantee above.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your order amount, excluding shipping costs, to your original method of payment.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and there is a flat $5 handling fee for each return.

10. Policy Updates
Evident Wellness may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your request will apply.
11. FDA Disclaimer
Evident Wellness products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
